Not necessarily! While having video footage helps us give more specific feedback, we can still guide you through body mechanics, technique theory, and movement training without it.

Each session is customized. We'll typically review any clips you’ve submitted, discuss goals or challenges, and go through drills to improve strength, mobility, and technique. You’ll also receive follow-up notes and resources.

Yes! We offer single sessions as well as multi-session packages. Many surfers opt for a few sessions leading up to a retreat or schedule post-retreat follow-ups to integrate what they’ve learned.
Each session is approximately 60 minutes, held via Zoom or a similar platform. You’ll also receive a follow-up summary with recommendations and exercises.
We can absolutely work with that. Let us know your limitations and we’ll tailor the session to support recovery, with a focus on safe movement, mobility, and injury prevention.
Not at all. Most drills can be done with minimal or no equipment — we’ll adapt everything to your space and tools.
Definitely. Many participants use online coaching to prepare before their retreat or follow up afterward to continue building skills and confidence.
